Damages / Losses / Accidents
coolracingsport will not be held responsible for any incidental or direct damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or additional costs caused by any installing or using any part purchased from us, or as a result from using any of the information (including pictures) provided on our website. If you are unsure about how to install a product, or do not have the correct tools, we highly recommend having the part installed by a certified, experienced mechanic. Before installing products, also make sure you understand and obey any regulations. It is your responsibility to comply with all your laws.

Parts Disclaimer
Please understand that some parts may not conform to road laws. In addition, some parts may not meet the safety requirements originally set by the your vehicle's manufacturer. You, the buyer, acknowledge the ramifications of having parts installed on your vehicle and release coolracingsport of liability for any damages, losses, injuries, accidents, or additional costs resulting from installing the parts we sell. Most importantly, Always wear your safety belt, even on very short drives!

Mispriced Items
We try our very best to make sure all our products are priced correctly; however, an item may slip though the cracks. If an item is mispriced, we will contact you with the correct price. This will be done before the order is processed and you will always have the opportunity to cancel without any penalty.

Warranties
All original manufacturer warranties apply (if any). coolracingsport cannot and does not offer any warranties either implied or expressed. Manufacturer's warranties are included in your product and may vary, so please read them carefully. Warranties are solely restricted to the limitation of the Manufacturers warranty; coolracingsport.com will NOT be responsible or liable for any loss relating to short-shipment or non-delivery of Part(s), and/or failure of any Part(s) to meet National Road or Race standards, or to suit any application whatsoever. Parts are supplied on the understanding that application and liability for use are SOLELY the responsibility of the Buyer. When purchasing Goods from coolracingsport.com it is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted these Warranty Terms and limitations of Liability.

Return Policy
We do not accept any Returns or Cancellations once an order is processed, Except in the case that incorrect shipment, or short shipment occurs. In such case we must be contacted within one wwek of the consignees receipt of goods that there is incorrect shipment and /or short shipment. In the case of incorrect shipment, that is, we've supplied the wrong part(s) in error, we will make arrangements to uplift the freight , and/or request a tracking number for accepted and arranged returns.
Absolutely NO Returns policy will be accepted, or credited, without our prior authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse the restock or refund Parts of Kits/Assemblies with missing components, damaged Parts or repainted or otherwise altered Parts. We reserve the right to deduct the reasonable cost of replacement or repair where possible.
Unauthorized Returns policy; including those items returned as Unclaimed and/or Undeliverable/No such address; we will make every effort to contact the Consignee, and return Freight/Postage will be requested, EXCEPT in cases where we have mis-addressed by OUR error. In the event no contact is made, or the Consignee requests the Item(s) be abandoned; or return Freight/Postage remains unpaid; Item(s) will be held in storage for 60 days, and thereafter disposed of at our discretion with no further Claim recognized. When purchasing any Goods from coolracingsport.com, it is considered that the Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted these Returns Policy Terms.

The viewing of this site, and or in purchasing from coolracingsport.com, it is considered that our Customer/Purchaser has Read, Understood, and Accepted all the Terms herein.
